We started in 1994 in a collection agency. Treating the decisions and judgments was a very expensive and difficult process in order to obtain satisfactory results.

We came to the conclusion that collection agencies have very little legal power and lack in expertise and resources, which prevents them from obtaining favourable results.

Created in 2001, after many years of research and development in this field, Gestion Jugements Quebec was born!
